Refunds and delivery

REFUNDS:
We will only offer a refunds for defective items. This must be within 30 days of the receiving the item. Due to the charitable nature of our sales process we cannot offer refunds on items for any other reason than a product defect. Please read our sizing guide carefully before choosing to purchase the item. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect sizing choices.

We will ask for the defective item to be returned for inspections, then it can take up to 25 working days to process refunds. Funds will be credited back to the original method of payment and can take up to 72 hours to appear in your account.

DELIVERY INFORMATION - IMPORTANT:
All items are created on a pre-order basis. We will let you know when the item have been produced and shipped. This process can take up to 6 weeks after your purchase date.

All goods are posted via a Royal Mail recorded service. Delivery's are usually made on average within 1-3 working days.

We use a recorded service, please keep in mind a signature will be required upon delivery. Although most orders are delivered within 1-3 working days, Royal Mail do state in their terms and conditions on the Royal Mail website a maximum of 15 working days for delivery may occur.

If, for some reason your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you by email to make either alternative arrangements or cancel the order.
